As well as a pool room and food there is a garden which includes a pets
corner and a petanque court.
On a number of occasions friends and I have spent a pleasent afternoon
throwing boule around the court and enjoying the sunshine in the garden.
As the pub is a bit out of town a walk is required or if you check with
the local taxi firms a number of them have mini-buses to allow a group
to get to this excellent hostelry for reasonable cost and avoid
driving.
This pub also organises beer festivals. Well worth a visit.
